Ballet Classes are the foundation of all dance forms. Students will be educated and challenged to continually grow and develop their technique. Ballet training will also work on providing grace, strength, poise, balance and flexibility which will help improve students’ training in other subjects and activities. At an advanced level, ballet students may have the opportunity to go on pointe and have more opportunities to study the unique and beautiful style of ballet performance.
Each class meets for 45 minutes -1 hour and a half, depending on the level. Ballet is the basic foundation of all dance. It develops discipline and technique that is essential to all forms of dance, as well as proper posture, placement, alignment. Ballet benefits students in all areas of dance and is highly recommend for each student.
